These Terms cover this website and its contact, request, and booking forms only. Our products are governed by the terms and privacy policy on each product's own site. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

Submissions

Please do not send confidential, secret, or sensitive information through our forms or in a free consultation. Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not create a confidentiality obligation, an NDA, or a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.

We may decline any project for any reason. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use what you submit to respond to you, schedule meetings, and evaluate your project. You keep ownership of your submissions.

If you upload photos or other content, for example with a website demo request, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to prepare your demo and website.

Website plan pricing

Promotional pricing applies as stated on the offer page. Plan scope and billing are confirmed in your written order or agreement, which controls.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The website, its design, text, and code are owned by OdysseyDevelopments LLC or its licensors and protected by law. Product names and logos shown here are trademarks of OdysseyDevelopments LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The website links to sites we do not control, including our product sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, email a notice to dev@odysseydevelopments.dev that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE.

Time limit for claims

Where permitted by law, any claim relating to these Terms or the website must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is barred.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
